Saturday Morning Fun!!

We were playing with Miss Scarlett when all of a sudden she made a b-line for the kitchen! It was so funny to watch, she was going so fast and would look back and at us grin on her way! We realized she was going for the roll of paper towels that fell on the floor and thought we would see what she would do with them!! So funny of a little girl!!

Sleeping with the Enemy

Yesterday morning Scarlett woke up very early...imagine that! I put her in bed with us hoping she would sleep a little long if I was holding her. I got her back to sleep and started to doze off when I felt something on my arm. In my daze I flicked it off but in a minute was awake enough to realize whatever had been on me was now most likely on Scarlett sleeping beside me. I looked over and saw a two inch scorpion crawling up her back. Needless to say I freaked out and flicked in on Seth!! Thankfully no one was stung in all the commotion! What a way to start a day...5am with a Scorpion in your bed! I love the desert.

Graduation Anniversary!!

I was going through some pictures last night and found this one from Seth graduation last year this time and thought it would be fun to post!! Yea honey you did it!!

She Looks like she should SLEEP

Scarlett has been having some sleep trouble the past couple of weeks. She seems to think she is better than sleep and therefore does not need as such of it. We are lucky if she has a three hour stretch at some period the night!! I go to bed hoping this will be the night I get four hours in a row! Funny how your sleep standards get so lowered after having a baby!! I took these pictures of her tonight because she was looking like a tired angle in her PJs. She had the apperance of sleep I gave her the speech grandma gives her...okay Scarlett, its dark outside, you need to sleep all night until it is light outside, then you can get up. I let you know how it goes, I don't have my fingers crossed!!

Punk Rock Girl

I got Scarlett these shoes at Baby Gap today! It seems to be the longer Scarlett and I hang the Girlier things get! So the shoes led to the lace tights from an outfit she has yet to grow into and the jumper was from Aunt Delaney who wore it when she was a baby! As her hair spikes an its own next thing I knew she was Punk Girl! She looked so cute she went to Stake Conference all Punked out!! Seriously...could it get an better than this?!

Firemen ROCK!!

I went through a fireman stage a few years ago and bought this outfit!! Since the outfit does not scream girl we added a big red bow!! Got to love those firemen!!

2 is Better than 1

It has taken several weeks of trying but I finally got a picture of Scarlett sucking two Binkies!! Considering that she will only suck these big green ones I think it getting two in her mouth is quite an accomplishment!!
